What Not To Do On Twitter: Number Four

This week is about pessimism. If you are updating statuses that are dark, such as “I hate my life” or “I have no friends,” you are certainly sending strangers, and your friends, the wrong message. Be appreciative of all that your friends do for you, even if in that moment you feel alone in your journey. There are some things we must conquer independently in life, but that doesn’t mean you do not have friends to support you. Also, if you are pessimistic on social media sites, you are reverberating bad energy out to potential connections and relationships. People don’t want to connect with people who are depressing! So put a happy face on, even if you are simply faking it until you make it. People will appreciate your efforts and you will be rewarded with collaboration, inspiration, and friendships in return.
